The Columbia County Clerk of Courts Office is closely monitoring matters pertaining to Covid-19, and is diligently working to ensure all customers and staff remains healthy during this pandemic. While doing so, it is our goal to continue to strive daily to offer exceptional service.

All departments within this office are available to assist you via telephone, and drop/pickup box, and there are also many on-line services available to you by selecting the “Online Services” tab on this site. If you require “in-person” assistance at the counter, we asked that you do your part to help us mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by:

  • Please do not come to this office if you are feeling ill
  • Wearing a facemask, and
  • Only the parties to the case may come in
